Refunds:
We strive to make each order perfect for our customers. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, we apologize that we did not exceed your expectations. However, refunds are only provided in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to extenuating circumstances. Refunds are not provided if we fulfill your order but are not able to complete a delivery (i.e. customer phone number not provided or is inaccurate, wrong delivery address provided, failure to answer phone after delivery attempt is made, no gate code provided or phone number is provided, etc.). Please note, we require deliveries to be accepted in person and cannot leave orders at the door to ensure freshness of goods provided. For prolonged freshness (as well as safety), we strongly recommend consuming our products upon receipt or refrigerating our products based on the instruction labels provided on our packaging.
Retainers:
In the event that a retainer (a non-refundable payment made by the customer in advance of the fulfillment of an order) is placed on a catering order outlined in the Invoice, please be aware that this retainer (equaling 50% of the total price outlined in the Invoice) is due 3 weeks (21 days) before the delivery date and the remaining portion due 1 week (7 days) before the set delivery date. This applies only to large catering orders and would be made aware to the customer upon order placement and via the Invoice. This retainer is necessary in order to purchase bulk supplies and equipment in advance. For catering orders accepted within the 21 day window, the retainer is due upon order placement as outlined in the Invoice, with the remaining portion still due 7 days before the set delivery date.
